I recently sold a body spray. It is used and I wrote in the title “USED CONDITION”. I also had around 7 photos, 5 of which clearly show the volume. the description also writes “
NOT NEW- volume level clearly shown
Approx 70% remaining”
when it arrived she left a negative review saying it was used and was terrible value for money.
now a week later she’s opened a return case sahing “

Firstly she has NOT messaged me once and I also feel it’s unfair to say it doesn’t match the description or photos. I’m happy to accept a return but I feel like it’s unfair I have to pay return costs for her not reading or looking at the listing. Is there anyway around this or will eBay automatically side with the buyer?
