I cannot buy. When I select to buy now, a blue box appears and I cannot purchase the item. What is wrong?

Can you complete a purchase if you use a different browser?

Or a private or incognito browser window?

Or a different device?

I have started having the same Issue.   BLUE BOX  appears & won’t let my bid go thru.

This just started a few days ago.
