I've recently created a promotion campaign with coupon but the short URL on its print (PDF) did not function. Here is the link:

Is there a way to fix that?

Sorry, I did not get it. The link was generated automatically when the coupon was printed on eBay. I will send them to buyers soon so it should direct without a glitch. You can see the SS attached.

Should I write to the support?
