I'm currently unable to purchase any shipping labels, instead I get this message at the bottom of the "ship your order" page under the "select how to pay" heading.

Same, this started last night for me 7/19/22 and it's continuing today.

Same here. It's 2:46 eastern time and I'm shipping orders to buyers, but suddently suddenly the label purchase button is grayed out and this error message appeared:

"We were unable to load payment options. Please try again later."

Unfortunately, the rest of today's shipping is now on hold 😞

I found something of a workaround... I use Chrome browser, and I copy/pasted the link of the shipping label page into an Incognito Mode window. Ebay prompted me to sign in again, and then I was able to print the label!

Following the advice on another post, I switched browsers and it worked.

Good deal that actually just worked for me so thanks for the tip. Copied my link from Microsoft Edge then copied it right into new Google browser and the price for label was BLUE like it is supposed to be.

It was easier for me just to print the labels out from the Pirate Ship site. It updated my orders automatically with the tracking number.

It is working on Edge...I would use that for now.
