Not getting full refund

This is to inform you that I ordered the lap top totaling LKR 319,709/52 and was debited same from my account on 04/04/2024 but the seller cancelled the order after the payment and my account was credited a sum of LKR 319,709/52 on 08/04/2024 whereas a shortage of LKR 30,225/55

Can u go through this and let me know a favorable reply

If the order was cancelled, what was the cancellation reason? 

Sellers can't give you a partial refund on a cancellation.

If you were refunded what you paid, how was it short?
