access shipping labels for a product bought as a guest

I bought an item as a guest.  After buying this product I made an account. I requested a return through the order confirmation email and received the return shipping label email. But when I open email and press "print shipping label" it makes me sign in but the account that I have was made after buying this product so the product is not in my account data. How do I access the label

You need to log out of this account entirely. Then open the label to print.

Another option is to use a different browser that's never been logged in to this account.
