Bulk editor capped at 200

Anyone else experiencing a bulk edit cap of 200 or less? I used to be able to edit 2k.

They told me that the system was "bogging down". ODD, it didn't bog down for a year, suddenly they change it?

I've had some success with more than 200 in the bulk editor this month, but it hasn't been stable/predicable and I have been getting some errors, but I just try again.  I think because of all the new required and recommended fields due to the category changes in mid-May, the usage of the bulk editor probably increased.  I switched to using the download and that has been much easier for item specifics.

yes, right after the new item specific requirements came up it went from 2K to 200.  I've been told that "its an error, and they are looking into it" but still, doing 2K at once would be a lot easier then 200 if they want all this stuff updated.
