Error Code 37 item.ShippingDetails

I'm trying to upload a CSV file for bulk listings, but I keep getting the Error Code 37 "Item.ShippingDetails."

I have read a bunch of threads and here is what I have done so far:

- I can confirm I have my business policies set up for shipping

- I have copied/pasted the shipping business policy name exactly as it appears

- The error keeps coming up

I'm at a loss on what to try next.  Any suggestions?

If you are new to uploading spreadsheet data, be sure to test with only a single row or item.

If your business policy calls for calculated shipping (or GSP), you will also need to add the package details for each item (6 more columns):

PackageLength  (whole inches as integer)

PackageWidth
PackageDepth 

WeightMajor (pounds as an integer)
WeightMinor (ounces as an integer)
WeightUnit    lb

Thank you.  I am using flat rate shipping (ie not calculated shipping) if that helps.  I am also using two lines but they are nearly identical.  Any other suggestions you might have?

What method is Global Shipping Program using? Would it need your package specs?

I use USPS first class shipping.  I've never needed to provide specs for global shipping in the past.

Hi @kemdacards 

Make sure that you enter the names of your business policies in these columns:

ShippingProfileName
ReturnProfileName
PaymentProfileName

The names you enter must match exactly the names as shown on your "Manage business policies" page:

If you enter your business policies in the columns mentioned above, skip (or delete) other other for payment, return, and shipping info, such as the following:

PayPalAccepted
PayPalEmailAddress
ShippingService-1:Option
ShippingService-1:Cost
DispatchTimeMax
ReturnsAcceptedOption
ReturnsWithinOption
etc.

Yes! This worked.  I had ShippingService-1:Option filled out with my business policy and did not have my  Profile Name fields filled out.  Thank you!
