There are many reports lately of orders becoming incorrectly cancelled or not allowed by eBay.
Here's a new one: Had a buyer purchase something, and then the order was entered again, with a different order number. But the amount of inventory remained the same.
Asked the buyer if he needed one or two of the items in question, and he did only order only one.
So now I have to enter a cancellation for what amounts to eBay glitch that I did not cause. And it will cost me a $0.30 transaction fee for my troubles.
ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM TODAY???
