So I shipped a package to the middle east, not a big value, maybe $20.
The buyer claims he went on vacation, but his package was sitting at customs for a month from Feb until mid March, and after 30 days of sitting at customs, they sent it back. But Chit Chats Express tells me the package isn't coming back, it's going to be destroyed. No return service on packages to the middle east.
Now the buyer is messaging me because he wants the package and wants me to resend. (He paid in January, so more than 2 months ago). Even if I were willing to reship at his expense, the package is not coming back. So I won't have anything to reship.
Aside from a possible credit card charge back... is there anything the buyer can do? I told him if I get it back I will contact him, but I've already been told by my shipper it's not coming back.
