- buyer bought item paid - then messages he wants special packageing  can I cancel order

Why would you cancel an order if buyer request "special packaging".

Buyer is paying for shipping..what are they requesting?

Will not be a "repeat buyer" if you cancel order....and feedback....

I can't imagine what the buyer requests as special.

I get special requests all the time and try to do my best.

What type of special packaging is the buyer requesting? If its a reasonable request & doesn't add too much to your shipping cost then why would you cancel the order?

Are they asking for expedited shipping? (Upgrade in shipping method that costs more)

Are they asking for it to be double boxed or packed a certain way?

just sad you even gotta  ask that ? should u cancel  if you can   provide it  do so  if not tell them  why not
