Can't edit package weight/size for a shipping label.

Sold an item. When printing a label, there was no option to edit the weight/size. I voided the shipping label. And... once again, can't edit weight/size. What's is going on?

There aren't enough details @alans_garage . Do you see weight/dimension boxes? What happens when you try to edit the info? Are you on app or website?

I figured it out. I was shipping media and there was a note in Package Details saying "max weight 70 lbs, max size 108 inches". Right below it, there was a link "my package is above the limit". At first I didn't click on it, thinking that the package is within the limits. However, once I clicked, there was an option to change size and weight.
