When i try to edit a price of a listing that has a minimum best offer

It has been reported that messages are having issues because of down
servers. Check your phone App to see if you can get your messages. I
tried mine and it worked with no issues. My browser still does not work

It happens and it can be frustrating. It happened to me a while back and
