What is going on with this? Buyers are apparently being told to pay less for labels than I am being charged for them; sometimes $1 less for first class; more for priority.

Recently buyers have not been being told to pay the right amount for shipping plus costs and I am having to make up the difference

Thanks I did not let ebay know of my accident;only the buyers However it has access to all messages among us And I am not clear that letting ebay know earlier would have impacted the penalty

Yes I have had very nice buyers I think they were willing to wait because of the rarity of the books they bought The one who waited the longest was an illustrated set of DickensThe person I relied upon let me down
