I have made 14 purchases from an eBay seller since the end of 2023. I always paid immediately and left + FB upon receiving said items. Today when attempting to make another purchase I received a message saying the seller won't allow me to bid a/o buy...

Why am I not able to leave appropriate negative FB on a seller after ebay intervened ? Seller didn't send item a/o respond to my emails? Might just help others.....makes no sense to me....

HELP! eBay shows that I earned bucks during the last quarter. It also (erronesouly) shows that a certificate has been issued. Unfortunately no $$ was credited to redeem. How can I resolve this? Thanks - Christine
