their protocol for flagging specific listings, apparently you can get
3-4 friends or more with active accounts on eBay, and spend as much time
as you like flagging competitor lis...

exactly how you've stated it to be. It also doesn't stop a person from
sending a message that you'll be filing a local police report for theft
and a report with the postal inspector ...
