Why do promos/discounts/coupons only apply to purchases on the app? And
can't they state that right in the subject of the email or on the promo
image itself without having to click on the "See details" link?I find it

cancel the transaction. However, the seller is not obligated to agree to
cancel the transaction. If the seller does not cancel the transaction,
