final update. Talked with support on the phone, they’ve been informed.
Buyer got a full refund as directed by support. Didn’t mind paying to
intercept it back to me as precaution. Lesson learned.
Feel like it’s a pretty common practice of sellers to decide to not
refund shipping since it’s already paid for and non refundable, is it
not? Definitely something I’ve done plenty of times and also read a
