the older one takes you from the "Checkout: Review order" page where
your cart items are, and when you click the "Confirm and pay" big blue

If it is not showing up at your Checkout screen, select PayPal and the
next screen should show that option if you qualify. If it's not there at
that point or is greyed out then you might have maxed out your usage or
stopped meeting some other criteri...
