I bought a pair of shoes a couple months ago. 5 days in (still not shipped) I decide to cancel the order. The buyer accepts returns, so I thought that instead of opening a case I could just return the item without any trouble. The problem is that they haven't shipped the shoes yet but since I opened a return, eBay thinks that I have the shoes and need to ship them back to the seller. I didn't know what to do; so being the idiot I am, I cancelled the return. Now I can't open a case. I've contacted the buyer multiple times. No response. I've tried going to the help page but when I go to the order for help, it says "this case has been closed".
Is there anything that I can do?
