Maybe it's his source for that item. Let's say a seller does a lot of selling on consignment. So,
Tuvi might be his source, Or his supplier. Or Tuvi might be a location inventory wise.

The seller might be listing items under more than one eBay account … and be indicating which account he used to list that particular item to avoid confusion when shipping.
