Unable to cancel bidder's bid

As a store owner I attempted to cancel a bid per request from the user. Instead, the link loops me around to the "cancel a bid" page. Repro steps

-Navigate to the "Cancel bids and manage bidders" page
-Select "I want to cancel bids from a specific bidder"
-Click "continue" button

Expected result: I'm able to select from users bidding on that auction to cancel their bid.

Actual result: the page reloads, and I'm nback on "Cancel bids and manage bidders" page, unable to progress forward.

I've tried this on Chrome, Firefox, and mobile. Refreshing did not solve the issue. Thanks.

A bidder can cancel their own bid.

It's called a retraction.

Have the bidder cancel his own bid.

Some bidders don't want to do it because they ring up hundreds of bid retractions in a year and a seller or another bidder can see them.
