I've been searching for a way to contact a live ebay agent. Is this still possible???

yes you can in help and contact.

Scroll all the way to bottom of it to find contact us and go through 3 other screens to get them to call you back.

There is no direct number to call CS... You're best bet would be to contact them on social media.

Ebay for business on facebook.  They are by all accounts the best of the CS reps.  The ones contacted through this page are useless.

@dudleyhillforeign eBay disabled CS phone service for cold calls in early 2020. Some inquiries will present a call option on the help pages with an access code.

Most issues can be solved without CS intervention and there is a wealth of experience on this forum if you want to post your questions here.

If you prefer to contact CS you can go through the help pages or use the chat option on the left side of this page:

You may have to go through several prompts to access a live agent.

Most issues/problems on eBay for either buyer or seller can be resolved without actually contacting eBay.
