account restrictions

hi sir

i would like to know about me account restrictions..as i have a selling question, I want to post a listing as a buyers wants to buy....what should i do now? kindly remove restrictions from my account so i may be able to list and sell my items. i already have questioned to know about the reason of restriction but i did not get the answer.

These are user boards, other buyers and sellers not eBay employees. We cannot see your account nor remove any restrictions. We can only help you by offering advice but would need to know why you are restricted.  

You would have received a message from eBay about the restrictions. Can you please copy and paste it here removing any personal information.
