eBay will Not pay me. Owe me thousands. Can't do Anything with their crappy so-called customer service. So, I'm out thousands by these scammers?!?!?!?!

Have you set up your bank account to get paid?  What does the status of payment show on your account?

We need more information.  Did you register with Managed Payments, providing a checking account number and routing number?  You are a new seller and are subject to 30 day hold on funds, but they will be released to your checking account.  This is not a scam.  

Did you get paid for all of your auctions, the $2500 and $2905 ones in particular?
