Is there a number to call Ebay?

I desperately need to talk to someone that works for Ebay.   i just felt with an impossible buyer who left me negative feedback that is not true.  I did send a request to have it removed from my feedback, but I haven't had a response.  I would like to speak in person with someone .  Thanks for any help you can give me!

@suzyq14.  You  can try asking CS to remove it but since it doesn't violate eBay policy it isn't likely that they will. 

If eBay doesn't remove it then you should reply calmly and professionally.  Remember that your response is for future buyers to see how handle things if there's a problem with the purchase.

If you are located outside of US or Canada then you will need to use the Chat option or Social Media
