Seller told me that Ebay is aware of an issue. How do I find out if true?

ALL of the cards I got from seller are counterfeit. None have the #/70 that all 2021 Project 70 rainbow foil cards are supposed to have. Not one of my cards was real.
Seller claimed you all were aware that his were real even without the number. If that is true (doubt it) I'll reconsider.

    Is his claim true that some of the rainbow foils just aren't numbered and ebay is aware of that?

If not this guy is stealing a lot of money from a lot of people and I'm one of them.

Have you checked with other card collectors to see if you are correct that the cards should have number on it.  It sounds like you are not 100% sure.  

eBay has NO access to the a sellers inventory and no way to verify it, this is why they have the eBay Money Back Guarantee.      

The case will not only get your money back but also goes on the sellers record.  

Does not seem authentic for the reason.  If you purchased more than one card from SEPERATE listings then you must file a case for EACH listing and return the cards separately even if the seller shipped them together. 

You have 30 days from date of delivery to file an item not as described refund request on eBay.

2 business days after tracking shows delivery back to the seller the eBay system will automatically refund you if the seller has not already done so.

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to China or other countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
