Can anyone help me figure out , how to send review revision request to buyer? The buyer wants to remove a negative review. I sent a revision but I believe I sent it to EBay and they refused to remove it. I found another link to send to customer, after I clicked it seemed as if it disappeared. The buyer still hasn’t received the request. They’re trying to help me out and are very understanding. Please help 😩
