If you meant to buy it that wasn't an accident. If it was listed as authentic and turned out to be an overpriced piece of junk; as your first step you may want to open a not as described case on eBay if you have any time left to do so.

Are you saying you were sold a fake watch ?   If so you have to file an item not as described case with eBay.  That is the first step.  If that is not the issue, come back and explain.
