It does not have option s at all to do as you Said I go to purchase s and there is no options I keep getting email saying return by Dec 19th I returned the item by post office next day it's been weeks no refund ?.also I was sent some code by email but didn't take that to post office I don't have desktop printer ?I just mailed the package back to California to seller

If you did not use the Ebay shipping label provided or used the QR code, then you need to mark it as shipped and enter the tracking number in the Return Request details.

Here's how to add the tracking information to your return if you used your own return shipping label:

1. Go to the return request in Purchase History. 
2. Select the shipping carrier from the dropdown list. If you select Other, enter the carrier name.
3. Enter the tracking number.
4. Select Mark as sent.

Thank u so much ..problem is on my Phone android there is no options .just the purchase and a qustiinare underneath about ebay. Can't find any options I hit on the purchase s.then that's all I get
