Appeal Denied

In late March, I was attempting to purchase Silent Hill 3 from seller  After an initial return to sender, the seller claimed to have reshipped it to my adress. It is now April 30th and I have not seen my package. I had sent an appeal to eBay and they have not seen my case as one that warrants a refund. However, the seller has clearly relisted the game for double the price initially purchased. This is clearly a sign that the seller has the item and does not intend to issue a refund or return, so why would eBay be in favor of the seller?

You might want to get a PO Box at a Post Office that is off base for your online purchases.

The issues seem to develop on base.
