I'm using Windows 10 PC with Edge.

Try changing the browser. If that doesn't work use Pirate ship.

Then there may be a problem with your internet connectivity.

No problems from southern California printing shipping labels. I'm using a PC with Windows 11, and printing from a Dell Printer.

Are you able to print from any other application?
