Looks like Ebay is working to get rid of Customers since Pay in 4 is now gone as it was helpful....Not a smart move.

What is going on with Ebay I have been a active buyer since 2008 with 100% rating but in the last 4 months I have had over 10 Sellers who either fail to ship or flat out trying to commit fraud! Its forced me to screen Sellers by their negative rating...
