Hello, the Item I am shipping is still in the USA while  I am outside the USA.

What does it mean;

• Delivery attempt made while the item has not left the country
• Item Ready for pickup while on tracking it is still in the USA.
• Item Returned by Customs

The Item I have been shipping has been in a circular path from where it originated and back and has not been out of that location for the last 10 days.

Thank you. But when I contacted the seller the response was that I report the Item not delivered . But the delivery date is too far. Should I wait?

Yes, there's nothing you need to do until a day after the last estimated delivery date.
