Why do promos/discounts/coupons only apply to purchases on the app? And
can't they state that right in the subject of the email or on the promo
image itself without having to click on the "See details" link?I find it
a bit unfair, IMO. (End of rant)

has been closed.You say that tracking shows the item was delivered, so
she DOES have something to return. They needed to provide a picture of
the item received, did they do that...
@trohedge-0 You cannot cancel your offer. You can contact the seller and
ask them to decline your offer, but the seller is not obligated to do
so. If the seller accepts your offer, you are required to complete the
transaction.

delivery. If the buyer files a Refund Request, you will need to respond
