New unpaid system that starts this fall is a huge crock. eBay claims that if buyers don't pay, then they can't neg you. And that only if they successfully appeal their strike, they can neg you. But the real truth is that every single time that a buyer appeals their unpaid strike, eBay always, 100% of the time removes it, even if the buyer never answered. So on the new system buyers will be able to neg sellers even when they don't answer the dispute.

Hello, I`m mandy and I just started here at Ebay and am already set up as a seller, but I will always use this id for everything else I do here, that`s the first thing someone told me was to never use your selling id on the boards or chat. I guess my first question is how much info do I want in my bio, I know not to give address, phone and real private stuff, but what about email or less private info like schools, job etc. Also is there a place to add more pics in our bio area? ebay really sticks it to us nickle an diming us to death charging for ever little thing we put on there then 10% for paypal what a rip off... 5% would be fair . if they dont drop their rates and quit charging for every picture etc. they will be up the creek!!! make the listing fees less. alot less. make you money on the % of the sales.. you will have way more listings . dont they understand anything?? if it dosent sell your not losing that much ebay. come on give us a break low starting...

So how much longer before people quits using ebay? How does ebay protects us hones buyers and sellers from fraud? all it takes is 1 bad seller and sure enough tens if not hundreds of people get their money taken, and what does ebay do about this situation, they fix the problem by removing the listings, they removed the user, so other people can't see the damage but it's too late, then again, it doesn't matter if it was a penny or thousands of dollars, ebay never responds to my e-mails, their...

I am brand new to the selling side of all of this...I took me forever to post the first item and alittle less on the next ones,,,,BUT,,,,for the life of me,,I can't seem to edit after I have submitted the item.....And how do you do the auction or just sell it....I have read and read but just can't seem to know where to find answers that I need,,,,,Help Please,,,,,,,,Thanks

I wish ebay would allow us to keep items added to our wish list & gift ideas list even when we remove these items from our watch list I hate that cause I love these lists but if something goes to high I would like to stop watching it but at the same time keep it on my list so that i remember that it was something i was interested in & it really would be helpful now around the holiday season when i do most off my shopping online. The way it is right now where you stop watching & then it takes it...

Any one else have trouble getting the things they ordered and paid for? In July I ordered mop heads and didn't notice was not US seller until I paid. I have never received the mop heads nor a refund to date. Many emails were sent and I last sent my confirmation email with the transaction number. No answer yet. I can file, but they won't do anything because the days to do that are gone by. I haven't ordered anything since. Afraid to now. When funds are limited, you can't afford...

Hi. I've been selling on my husbands acct for years and just set up my own account. I'm trying to build my Me page, but for some reason at some point through it, it either just closes out or gives me an error and nothing has been saved. Is it my computer? Anyone else have this problem? Thanks!!!
