Hi everyone: As of July 9th, we've begun our first redemption period for the eBay Bucks Beta program. I won an item but don't have enough in my PP acct. right now to pay for it--so I went to my PP account and initiated a transfer of funds from my bank account. However, this could take a long timefrom what I hear. My time to pay in the seller's TOS is limited, and now the seller is trying to cancel the transaction. If I don't have the funds availabel in time she might be able to use this as an excuse to cancel the transaction. So I would like to know-- how can I use...

Ok, I hope you could help me out with this one. I am in Mexico, but my family it's in USA. So, I bid and one a PSP for $113 USD. I told the seller I had problems paying the item, because I got an error saying there was something wrong with my address. The seller responded that I should fix the problem by myself and I had 48 hrs to do it. Hello! I recently purchased an item from a seller with Paypal and was given a tracking number for the item. The item was delivered, but to a different city and state than my shipping address (the zip code was off by one number). I spoke to the seller, who confirmed my address, stating that USPS must have screwed up. She stated that she has confirmation that the item was delivered so there is nothing she can do. Hi All, I am rewording this question since I inadvertantly went again eBay policy...My apologies. I purchased an item (Apple iPhone) on November 12. Ebayer since 1998 has just had the worlds most and ebay unbelievable experience with a gawd awful seller and paypal have let them get away with it. Here's the saga: I bought a pair of pants from seller and paid for them. Within minutes I went back to see if he had more of them and he did. I checked to see if he combines shipping and he did. I Bought A Copy Of Modern Warfare 2 For Xbox360,The Seller Sent A Message That The Item Will Go Out Tommorow Morning,But The Money I Paid Him They Wont Release It Till I Leave Him Feedback!! I sell but rarely buy. Purchased something last month and my son asked why I did not use an ebay coupon code to save money? Never noticed I had one. Purchased something again today, but do not know where to look if I have a coupon code. When I went to pay, it says to put in coupon code if I had one. Any advice where to look?

On Saturday we fixed a software issue that resulted in a disruption to our site. I recently purchased an item from an ebay seller. After winning the bid it took over 30 days to receive the item. The seller only attempted to communicate with me after I filed for INS with paypal. He then shipped the item priority and I received it. To be honest I was very peaved by the time I received the item so I emailed the seller to let them know. I intended to put in a bid for 15.95 and accidently put in the bid at 115.75. Of course the sale went way over my intended 15.95 and the seller is simply stating "I expect payment." I have tryed to contact them and explain the mistake, offered to mail my proof of error, and even told him to look at the history bids and check the show automatic bids. After, almost right after, I bought an item (64 gig flash drive) ebay notifies me that the item has been pulled. I contact the seller and he says it's shipped. Closing in on 3 weeks later and nada. I tried to open a dispute on ebay and paypal but both claim the item doesn't exist . I have all the emails, all the transaction numbers so how do I get my money back when ebay won't even allow me to go through the suggested methods?
