I wanted to see if any one can let me know how I could show my clients feedback but not the item that is shown. I have gone to many people feedback and read the comments but when you click on the listing transaction it states private and you are unable to actually see the item that was sold. Can some one help me get this done? I would appreciate it. Thanks!~

Whats with all the hostility? From reading a lot the responses to buyers here, it's pretty obvious that to a lot of sellers leaving feedback for buyers is bogus. It's a waste of time, pointless to the nth degree. It's voluntary, many say, I don't have to do it. So is it okay with you if I elect to not leave you positive feedback? Even when you have gone out of your way to list properly, present honestly and have done the work that needed to be done to make a positive outcome occur?...

This is my first post on this board and perhaps this has been suggested before but here goes... Worst case scenario is when the buyer does not contact you before leaving the feedback. How can you work things out when you didn't know there was a problem? Why can't eBay give sellers a heads up when the buyer attempts to leave negative feedback and has to come back after seven days and leave it? Also, they should set up something similar to the dispute procedure so you can negotiate. If...

I am writing this because I've been very unhappy with Ebay's feedback program for the past year of so. Today I see real positive change. Here's what happened: one of my buyer's roommates inadvertantly left negative feedback to me using my buyer's computer. The roommate thought he was leaving feedback to a different seller who the roommate was VERY unhappy with. I was flabbergasted because my buyer had already told me he was pleased with his purchase. WEE PAY THE FEES SELLERS, DON-T PUT UP WITH HEGATIVE FEEDBACK EXTORTION, EBAY HAS A POLICY THAY DO NOT FOLLOW WE NEED TO MAKE THEM FOLLOW IT AND GIVE US THE RIGHT TO DROP A BUYERS RATING FOR BAD TRANSACTIONS!

Is there anyway I can get buyers to leave feedback? I always ship the next business day after I receive payment and I always leave positive feedback after I ship their item and I've had several buyer's not leave me any feedback after the transaction. Does anyone know why they wouldn't? It just seems inconsiderate. And every once in awhile, I will get 1's or 2's when clearly not deserved. One was for slow shipping, (I can't control the mail) I even make it clear to the buyer if they have...

I used to leave everyone feedback, but since you can't leave anything but possitives, I only leave it for newbies who don't have a star yet. I also leave it for good sellers who also buy, since feedback is important for their "good standing" in ebay. NOW DOESN'T THIS TICK OFF A LOT OF BUYERS??? I hope so. I hope they get so ticked off that they run to ebay and beg for the old feedback system!!! p.s. I have had more dishonest buyers than ever since the new feedback policy. THANKS A LOT EBAY.

So I had a buyer purchase an item from me. After buying he requested to have it shipped the same day. My auction states I ship withing 2 days, but I don't mind shipping sooner if someone requests it. The problem was that I was not online that say because my child was sick. By the next morning this buyer had emailed me 10 times, called my house and left a threatening message, and filed a Dispute against me through paypal all within 10 hours of winning the auction. I have been having problems when trying to leave feedback. When I go to the item, it lets me click on positive feedback, but when I do that it is supposed to open the little space to type in my comment. That space has not been opening, and when I click on leave feedback, it does nothing. Also, I tried to contact ebay for help, but my computer won't go there. Is this an issue at ebay, or is it possibly a setting on my computer?

Just looking for Sellers responses here....No need for buyer only's to respond. Was just wondering how other sellers handle Soft Positives from their buyers? Do you decide to block depending on the comment the buyer left you, or do you just block just simply on the fact that the buyer left a Soft Pos? I am just wondering because i have a return buyer that just left a Soft Pos stating the cost was a little bit too high but had enjoyed past purchases. My first instinct was to go...

Hi All! I listed my own $595.00 fine suede men's jacket (from Barney's New York) which I only wore 2 or 3 times. (It just wasn't the jacket I'd grab when I would go to grab a jacket.) It's a beautiful, nearly new, pristine jacket that was started at $99.00. The buyer offered $40.00. We declined. Eventually we accepted $75.00 for the jacket. We had a statement on the listing (as with all of our listings) that we accept returns within 7 days but we ask that the buyer contact us within 3 days...
