You list 20 items, ebay's search only allows you to sell 1 of those 20 items. Your now paying your listing fees out of the 1 item you sold which nets you nothing after the sale. You actually have to pay!. I have above standard account and yet no one can find my products still after two years later. I hate selling here.

In "My Ebay Won" tab the items are automatically grouped by seller, I think. Though it only tells me the name of the seller if I bought more than item from them. Before I pay for those won items, I would like to know if I have any active bids on items from the same sellers, so that I may wait and combine shipping. Is there any way to know this? Any setting that I can change? Or a tool that I don't know about that could help me? I know I can open each won item and find out who the seller is....

I recieved an invoice that appeared in "my e-bay". The seller had tripled the shipping on each item. Then told me combined shipping had not been applied. How can I GET BACK TO that invoice that came through to me after signing in??? I will pay this seller now, but she needs to know what I was looking at!! She has even opened a case. 62caroline

I used to be able to sign in and check the box to remember me for the day. For some reason I have to keep signing in. I went into account preferences and clicked site preferences as directed by ebay help person and then saved changes. Still no luck. It all happened after I went in and deleted my cookies, etc and did a general clean up through the internet, I think. IT's frustrating to have to keep signing in.

I originally posted this in the wrong place so I am moving it here and noted in the other thread that it was in the wrong place. I purchased item #1 which turned out to not be in the condition stated in the ad, nor was the photo of the exact item. The seller chose to do a partial refund and allow me to keep the item. All of a sudden, everytime I log into my account (and check the box below to keep me signed in) Ebay is not remembering my info and I keep having to log in all over (both username & password). Why does ebay keep signing me out of my account? What's going on? does anyone know? it is sooooo irritating and time consuming!! This just started out of the blue. I recently won AND paid for 3 items from a seller. Before I received the items, the seller became a non-registered user. Once she became NRU, the purchased-and-paid for items disappeared from MyEbay "Won Items" list. I had to search through my Paypal transactions to figure out who the seller was so I could contact her to find out if I was going to receive my items. I could understand removing the sellers listings, but once something is purchased and paid for, the item should remain on...

I got a great deal on a Cricut cartridge and was notified the next day that the buyer had 'refunded' my money. There was no explanation as to why. It couldn't be because the seller didn't have the item because I found where she had two more listed within 24 hours after my transaction. Is this allowed? It's not fair. I'm sure I'll get a response from the Wise One who's always lurking about telling us all that this is about "safety" or some such nonsense. Anyone noticed that in the past day or so, eBay has done the Dirty Deed, and begun to CUT OFF direct email communication between buyer and seller? This is especially comical [well, at least it would be if your MONEY were not at stake!] since one of the DSR "metrics" is "communication!" For quite some time, I no longer receive Email notifications when auctions are ending or that I have been outbid. I have checked my notifcation preferences and they seem to be correct, email address is correct. I've tried changing my "Watched" items to Daily Digest, also, and do not get Digests of Items I'm watching either. Any thoughts?

Hello, I want to know why the potential BUYER can see a time countdown on their page, but the SELLER cannot? I have to logout and sort of become a seller in order to view my own auction counting down and this is very annoying. Second thing is, when I am searching for something and hit the BACK TO SEARCH RESULTS thing, it frequently lands on ANTIQUES, as that word is too close to the SEARCH RESULTS words. Can eBay PLEASE move something on that page so I don't keep clicking on Antiques...

When I click the "Bidding" link (under the "My eBay" in the gray menu at the top left of most eBay pages) it takes me to my "Active Buying" ~ that part isn't odd While on this page, I glance to left "Summary" menu, it says "Won (0)" ... this is the beginning of odd Mind you, I just wanted to check to see if I won an item I bid on last night. So, the "Active Buying" page shows I am bidding on 2, and I have an offer on 1. NOWHERE does is show what I did or did not win ... this too is odd...

Paid ebay bill twice, in error. Any chance of getting 2nd payment refunded? How? I used Paypal to make payment, so I had to sign into Paypal. I was presented with a statement that required me to acknowledge whether or not my account info was correct and when I said Yes, I was then back at the page where you sign into Paypal. By mistake, I clicked on the "Donation Account" setting in My eBay. Then on the next screen, it told me that I was signed up for a Donation Account. I didn't sign up for the account. I just clicked the link in My eBay to see what it was about. There is no available help on closing the Donation account. I do NOT want to close my eBay account....only the DONATION account. How do I do that?

Whenever I sign-in, the first screen displayed is My Ebay at a Glance which is a screen I find totally useless and have never used. Is there any way to set my preferences so the regular My Ebay screen is displayed without having to click it?

Why? WHY? Why? When I log into my Ebay, the summary page shows correctly, says I have 60 active items for sale, but when I click on it, it says you have NO items for sale. If I do a search by seller, they come up fine. It also says I have a question to answer, that I answered hours ago and when I click on that it also says I have nothing for sale. This has been an on and off problem for 3-4 days now and like everything Ebay is really becoming annoying.

Request to eBay: One user feature (as a buyer) has become increasingly annoying to me as I shop for an audio mixing board. It's very easy to add something to my watchlist, but too difficult to remove - especially when I add by mistake. ebay advertises that the shipping calculator is accurate, but when i ship an item, the cost is more. So my customer is paying half of the shipping costs and I have to eat the other half from my profit. In my last order in 10/20/2009, i was bought itens with the seller B2cforce and i pay with paypal, in 10/19/2009 i received from seller a shipping notification, i'm waiting the order to do my feedback in ebay. Today i login in my account and i see that the order desappear from my ebay, and the itens in this order dessapeaa from ebay. is any one else having a problem with finding out if their items are nneding to be relisted? if they have been relisted ? if they have not been sold and tried to be relisted? i get such different figures from my selling manager and the regular UNSOLD ITEMS !! .I AM ALSO HAVING A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SOLD and that are sold again...i don't know if these items have been listed twice or not deleted after having been sold... this is getting seriously confusing. does anyone think...

I got on to check on some bids I posted up and to check my messages about 20 mins ago, I've also been browsing a little and, about 5 min ago I clicked on my "my ebay" section just out of habit, and then I clicked on my user name to check my feedback (also out of habit), and right AFTER that I clicked on my "my ebay" section again, and out of nowhere EVERYTHING was gone, I mean all of my watched items were set to zero,my recently won items said zero, even the bids that I just posted up the other...

I've looked all over the boards and haven't found anything on this topic. Have any of you noticed the new "Quick Look" photo feature that appears to be replacing the "Enlarge" feature? I'm finding lots of auctions that now have it. When looking at the listings, "Enlarge" allowed you to hover and view a larger version of the photo. Now the new "Quick Look" is a link that you have to click on and it opens a small window with the same thumbnail size photo and all the auction particulars. This...

I just recently sold an item for the price about $30. When I log into my ebay account it says the payment is pending in paypal. It does not say there is a temporary hold. And when I log into my paypal account it doesnt even show any record of the transaction, meaning it doesnt show that payment was even sent. Thank you for any help.
