After two unpleasant experiences of dealing with this "organization" , I've decided to cancel any auctions I have with them listed and donate directly to my charities of choice via their websites. I would encourage anyone else who's having problems with them to do the same. It seems ridiculous to me that you cannot call them directly if you have issues. You can only send an email. eBay is unable to provide any assistance other than to refer you to their email address. I don't understand how a company can operate this way and I refuse to support it any longer by having auctions that would benefit them. Who's with me? ![]()
